  • • Managed creation and delivery of subtitle assets operating a Translation Management System [TMS] using Netflix’s proprietary Cloud-based/SaaS [Software as a Service] Digital Asset Management system

    • Additionally, provided linguist and vendor support through Zendesk’s ticketing system

    • Monitored metadata documents— e.g. Key Names and Phrases [KNPs]— to ensure legal clearances + artistic intent were respected / show-specific + key terms localized consistently to convey proper meaning / checking that subtitling + dubbing assets matched, depending on show-specific requirements
